Refund policy

Because our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mamajammajams@yahoo.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
