Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with MamaJamma Jams! Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We currently ship within the United States. Free shipping is available on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 will be charged the shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. While we strive to ship orders promptly, delivery times may occasionally be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.

Free local pickup is also available by appointment. Simply select Local Pickup at checkout to avoid shipping charges. Once your order is ready, we will contact you by email to schedule a convenient pickup time and provide pickup instructions. Because our products are handcrafted food items, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mamajammajams@yahoo.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
